Will's Entry

I hope everyone enjoyed the last entry. Let's hear it for the new camera! Shot after shot, with little pausing and great narrating by Kristin. I wish everyone could have seen how the next 2 pictures should have been. Jason then proceeded to shove my head out of way. After I was out of the way, he stuck his head where mine had been so he could figure out what was so interesting to me. He's definitely a curious kid.
I've been wanting to write about a subject for while now. I'm sure everyone feels the same way that I do, but I just wanted to write it. I LOVE BLOGS. I wish we had the technology for this kind of thing when we were growing up. Kristin prints out our blog every once in a while (nudge, nudge) and it will be so fun looking at them as time goes on. That, plus I feel so much more connected to everyone. I used to think "Oh, I'll check them once a week". Now I find myself checking them everyday at work. I even get excited when it takes longer to load the page because I know that it means that there's going to be something new. It's neat to know what's going on with everyone else and even neater to get someone else's perspective on a shared experience.
I have a theory that the divorce rate has gone up in conjunction (yeah, I used that word and I'm not taking it back) with how far away couples live away from family. I know that it's society's perspective nowadays that parents and in-laws are a smothering prescence. On the other hand, I believe that having extended family around lent support and chances to "vent". I don't think I'm conveying what I'm intending, but I hope y'all know what I mean. With how isolated couples can get nowadays, it's no surprise to me that relationships suffer without additional outlets. With everone's blogs now, it just feels less "Us against the World". We love the family connections and hope it continues. Well, that's it for now.

It must be the cold talking, but I cried a little. You have NO IDEA how much I enjoy reading about everyone. I love jumping page to page, AND I love seeing I have a comment. It makes my day. I LOVE YOU!

What great insight, Will. It's hard to live far away, but the little vidoes and pictures are the next best thing. I love it!

I can't agree with you more will. I'm addicted to blogs. I find myself checking over and over throughout the day (when I'm working that is) To see if anyone has posted anything new. At first it was just fun to catch up with friends but now it's created a fun bond with my family I didn't even think about!!

You already know I check your blog everyday as soon as I come home. Guess what? I just found out I could check it at my school's computer. Now I don't have to wait till I get home. Thank you so much for connecting us to you guys. It is the next best thing to being there. We miss Jason so much!
I suggest you send the strip of photos to Hallmark for Father's Day card. They just struck my heart string like it does everybody else.

We love it too:) I really thought I would never get into them, and I check at least once day. Funny. Thanks for getting me into it.
