I know that more than hearing about Kristin and Jason's trip to Guatemala, everyone wants to know how my dinner turned out.
I didn't learn much from the cooking class that Kristin and I took at BYU, but I gained confidence. If I have a recipe, I'm not too intimidated. So even though this recipe involved the actual cutting of vegitables like potatoes, peppers, garlic (no Tracie, I didn't use a knife & fork), and onion, it wasn't too intimidating. I roasted the chicken and it tasted very good. Well, I just wanted to say "Mission Accomplished!"

I am so glad that you posted this blog. I have been waiting on pins and needles to find out how it went:)
Way to go Will! I'm glad that I was able to teach you a few things in college. You'll have to send me the recipe. It sounds good.
