Cars, boats, and planes

It has been a very busy weekend for us. Saturday Matt and Mickie's car broke down and now is in the shop down here. Ray was down in Provo and so we called him and he helped tow Matt and Mickie. It sure is nice to have relatives in the area with a truck. I had my camera with me at the time and I wanted to take a picture, but Mickie and I decided that people don't like there pictures taken at high stress times, so Mickie staged a picture for me.

The afternoon was full of Pirates. We had a pirates party with the Maxwells, Spences, and Mauss. It was pretty fun and there was a ton of food. I ate so much candy and cookies that I don't want to eat another cookie for a while. I do however still have that craving for a banana cream pie...

Jason never took a nap on Saturday and he sure voiced that he was tired at the end of the second movie. I think he is still a little to young not to take naps.

Sunday Edward came over. He has a conference for a few days in SLC, so he spent the day before with us. It was pretty much a usual Sunday afternoon/night. I think he enjoyed seeing Jason, even if Jason never said any of his words while he was here. Jason did however give Edward the coldest greeting. I felt so bad. Jason didn't get the chance to wake fully up before Will pulled him out of his crib. So he stood next to Will, scowling at Edward. Probably after 30 min he finally would play with him.
I have also enjoyed the bubble blower Troy and Tracie gave me...

Bummer about the Jeep! But good use of the camera, so we could get a feel for what's really going on.:)

Thanks for mentioning I missed the Pirate Party again....;)

I love Bubble blowers, they have to be the best invention for Primary age children.

Nice Title. I was wondering how it was all going to work in. Very creative.

Ha Poor Edward! So it was a replay of his first birthday party huh. A little crabby... That was a good picture you didnt have to say it was staged, I thought it looked authentic for sure!

I'm so sad we missed the Pirates Party. But it looked like it may have been fun.

The car thing sounds like a bummer. Wished I could have been there for Pirates... :)

You look good in Capric. Jason looks great in his summer outfit, the longest shorts and the shortest pants.

I hope Micki and Matt's car are fixed by now.
