Yesterday Kristin made me some chicken, brocolli, and mashed potatoes for dinner. They were the best mashed potatoes EVER. I think she had a bowl of Honeycomb for dinner, which made me start thinking . . .
I didn't really mean to make other people feel bad if they didn't cook their husbands favorite foods. Sure, my wife does and that's really great. On the other hand, I would s-t-a-r-v-e if I had to eat from Kristin's menu. She really is the pickiest eater I know. There would be no potatoes, tomatoes, ground beef, onions, peppers, fish, plus a million other things. Basically I'm bored here at work, just waiting for Sierra's next appt. Well, that's all I have to say.

Will you need to stay away from your Uncle Eric...wait...Kristin does! ;) I do not cook 'special' meals-my boys get what I make for dinner. AT times yes, it has been a struggle for them to finish what I have made. Heck, sometimes it has been a struggle for me to finish what I have made! ;)
Wow Will, I am so glad you wrote that, I was starting to feel SO guilty. Just kidding. There are definitely times that I cook things or go places to eat that I would not pick to appease my husband. I think your wife rocks! She is a very good sport. And a very good cook.
Funny, I can make mean mashed potatoes and I don't evne like them. I guess they really are not to hard to screw up on though...
You must have learned from your dad, mine are usually lumpy. But hey, I grew up on potato flakes.
Let's hear it for fish and potatoes.
