We went with a new camera instead of a camcorder. We went with a more expensive one, but that didn't matter to us, because we still had gift certificates to Costco from Wills work party. From the few hours that I have been playing around with it, and yes I read the full user manual (nerd I know), I like it. The only down fall to the camera that I see is the compression on the videos that it takes. With the current card that I have in there (512 MB), it only takes 5 minutes and 30 seconds of video. I think we will have to end up buying a 2 GB card which takes 22 m 40 s of video.
Talking to Will now. "More money Will, yes I know, but it will be worth it. No we won't get the card until I am positive that this is the camera that I want."
Talking the the blog readers. Whisper- "This is the camera I want!"

Nice!
The camera that makes you actually happy . . . Priceless.
A camera really does make a difference. :-)
Maybe I should really open the one I got myself for Christmas.
I always read the instruction books too. I'm a Dork.... We hope to maybe get a camera finally when we get taxes back. We'll see after summer school is paid for.
OH and tag, you're it.

Maybe it's genetic. Whenever we buy something Art ahs to read the manual right when we get home and I get in trouble if I try to "play" with it before the manual has been read (I think that I am actually supposed to read it too, but that does not happen, I do usually skim over it:))
